Yin Yoga & Somatic Stretching (30 minutes)
Relax into a series of yin yoga stretches focused on the hips and heart to release stored tension.

Conscious Connected Breathwork Session (60 minutes)
Dive into a deeply immersive breathwork journey guided by specially curated music.
